Behaviour Support Worker to support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social needs across educational settings. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on young people’s lives and helping them succeed both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support to pupils
- Implement behaviour support plans and positive behaviour strategies
- Support pupils with emotional regulation and social development
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate- Experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour, SEN, or additional needs
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work proactively and adapt to individual needs
- Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
