The Education Network is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive primary/secondary school in the Bradford area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential.
About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Support pupils with social, emotional, or behavioural needs
• Contribute to the monitoring of student progress and well-being
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or relevant support roles)

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for education and inclusion
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
