The Education Network is looking to recruit patient, reliable and compassionate Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary and secondary schools, as well as specialist provisions, across the Bradford area. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping children with special educational needs thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
About the Role As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASC, SEMH, MLD, SLD and physical disabilities.
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups, following guidance from the class teacher or SENCO.
  • Assist with classroom activities, behaviour support and personalised learning.
  • Help create a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Adapt to different school settings and pupil needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or care setting.
  • A calm, nurturing and resilient approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • An understanding of SEND strategies and safeguarding.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
