Job Title: Supply SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £90 – £100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Supply / Temporary / Flexible
The Education Network is currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in schools across Bingley and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for adaptable and compassionate individuals looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
About the Role: As a Supply SEN TA, you’ll be working across a range of primary and secondary settings, supporting students with diverse needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges (SEMH). Your role will involve:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting class teachers with learning activities and differentiation
• Promoting independence and positive behaviour
• Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and development
• Adapting resources and approaches to meet individual needs

About You: We’re looking for someone who is:

• Patient, nurturing, and resilient
• Experienced in working with children with SEN (school or care setting experience desirable)
• Confident in supporting learning both in and out of the classroom
• Able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Available for flexible, short-term, and long-term placements

Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Diploma, or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential – experience and attitude are key!
