The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient School Administrator to join a thriving school in Houghton Le Spring. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school office.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing phone calls and email correspondence
Greeting visitors and directing inquiries
Maintaining student records and databases
Assisting with admissions and enrollment processes
Providing administrative support to teachers and staff
Managing school calendars and scheduling events
Preparing reports and presentations
Handling confidential information with discretion

Requirements:
Proven administrative experience, preferably in a school setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and problem-solving approach
