RE Teacher required after the Easter break in a Secondary School in Durham.

We're looking for a Teacher of Religious Education, to start in April for a maternity cover.

Our client school in Durham seeks an experienced and inspiring teacher with excellent subject knowledge to teach RE on a full time basis across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The school has been rapidly improving over the last few years and sets high standards for its pupils and staff, with a good standard of pupils' behavior maintained across the school.

The Humanities faculty within the school is well supported and the school is dedicated to ensuring continued professional development for all staff.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of student achievement, personal development and well-being are reached. You will need to be able to create detailed lesson plans using assessment and target setting to cater to students with different levels of ability and you will be encouraged to team plan.
