Job Details

English Teacher required to teach small classes at local Ofsted “Good” Alternative Provision that caters for children with SEMH needs. This role is ideal for an English Teacher with experience working with  SEMH, EBD or challenging behaviour. The school offers a great opportunity for a Teacher who is looking for a new challenge and wants to be part of whole school life. Despite what Covid 19 has visited upon us we still have Schools that are in a position to hire for September and we are actively working on their behalf.  Processes round registrations and interviews will be slightly different but we need to pull together to ensure we fill roles that will be vital to educating the children we serve.

Ideally you will:-

  • Be a Qualified English Teacher
  • Enjoy teaching small groups of students
  • Have a range of behaviour management techniques
  • Be able to deliver lessons to mixed ability groups
  • Enjoy breaking down barriers that young people may face
