A high achieving school in North Birmingham are looking for a qualified Teacher of Computer Science to join their experienced team. Your responsibilities will include the planning and delivering of engaging Computer Science lessons for Key Stage 3 students, marking and providing appropriate feedback, and helping students to achieve their full potential. The School are looking for someone that is available to start with them for the Summer 2020 term.


What makes this role so exciting is that the School is a new establishment within part of an existing, ‘Outstanding’ group. You will be working with Year 7, 8, and 9, and will be expected to meet the excellent standards of results consistent across the group. There is a great team of teachers and SLT, as well as quality new facilities and resources.


The school are looking for:

  • A QTS or NQT Computer Science Teacher
  • Experience working with KS3 pupils
  • Confident and engaging approach to teaching
  • Happy to take on a full teaching role – planning, marking, delivering lessons
  • An Enhanced DBS check
