Are you a Teaching Assistant who has experience working with Complex Needs? Are you looking for a long term role supporting children within a specialist SEND school? The Education Network are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work with a small class of male students with Complex Needs. As a Teaching Assistant you will be working on a 1-2-1 and small group basis. Good behaviour management and experience working with special educational needs is essential.
The school is a fantastic environment that caters for children with a range of special educational needs, from Autism to Complex Needs and SLD. The team are absolutely brilliant and are focused on providing a nurturing environment for children. Class teachers are passionate about what they do, and as a Teaching Assistant you will feel like a valued member of the team. This role is perfect for an experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked in a similar setting.

- Be a Level 3 Teaching Assistant

- Have experience working with ASD, ADHD, Complex Needs or SEMH
- Understand the needs of individual students
