Are you a QTS Maths Teacher that is looking for a new challenge? Would you like to teach smaller classes and have less planning and marking? We are currently recruiting for a QTS Maths Teacher to teach at a Birmingham based Alternative Provision. With great facilities and a proactive team, this is an outstanding setting to work in. It does require a teacher who is able to manage a classroom effectively, as many of the students demonstrate challenging behaviour.
This school provides excellent opportunities for both staff and students to get out of the classroom and try new things. They focus on giving their students a well-rounded education and want to ensure that every child is given the chance to succeed. As a Maths Teacher you will need to be able to make Mathematics engaging for students who are not necessarily excited about Maths!
- Teaching Small classes of Key Stage 3 & 4 Students
- Motivating, inspiring and engaging with students.
- Planning activities for smaller classes ( no more than 10 students)
- Working with leadership to keep learning fun!
