Are you a Teaching Assistant or LSA with a passion for breaking down barriers to education? Are you resilient, proactive and calm under pressure? Why not look at becoming a behaviour mentor? As a behaviour mentor you will be working on a 1-2-1 basis with a child who no longer attends mainstream education. We are looking for behaviour mentors who are passionate about education, and have experience working with SEMH, EBD Autism or ADHD, to provide 1-2-1 support at a fantastic alternative provision.

This school is well known for the brilliant work that they do with their young people to help them reengage with education. They have a track record helping students to get back into mainstream education, and are looking for a behaviour mentor to join the team and act as a positive role model for students.

Job role:

  • Providing 1-2-1 classroom based support
  • Acting as a positive role model for students
  • Helping students to overcome barriers to education
  • Managing classroom behaviours
