Behaviour mentor required to provide 1-2-1 support for students who no longer attend mainstream education. We are looking for experienced behaviour mentors / teaching assistants to provide 1-2-1 support for a Key stage 3 student with EBD. We are looking for a behaviour mentor who has experience working with EBD, challenging behaviours or SEMH, who can commit to providing long term support for this students.
You will be working at a busy local alternative provision school that caters for children with a range of additional needs. This school has a fantastic pastoral team who are dedicated to providing students with a high standard of care and support. This role involves providing both social and academic support within the classroom setting. To be considered for this role you must have experience working with EBD, SEMH or challenging behaviours.
- Providing 1-2-1 classroom based support
- Acting as a positive role model for students
- Helping students to overcome barriers to education
