Teaching Assistant with experience working with Complex Needs required to support small classes of children at a specialist school. As a Teaching Assistant at this school you will be supporting children with a range of needs including PMLD, SLD, Autism and Complex Needs. A caring, patient and dedicated Teaching Assistant is required to help students engage with lessons, and make learning fun.
This vibrant school environment provides a safe and fun environment for children with additional needs. The facilities are amazing and fully utilised by children and staff. This is a rewarding and challenging role where every day is different.
You will be:-
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant with school based experience
- Used to working in a SEND setting with complex needs
- Happy to work 1-2-1 or small group basis
- A confident communicator with the ability to create a calm learning environment
- Looking for a long-term role to create some consistency for the children
- Happy to work as part of a lovely team with plenty of scope for personal development
