Maths Teacher required to teach small classes of student at Ofsted “Good” SEMH School. We are looking for a QTS or QTLS Maths Teacher to teach students who face academic and social barriers. You will be working closely with a small team of Teaching Assistants who will help manage classroom behaviour, allowing you to focus on teaching Maths.
This school have been able to get students to reengage in education, and they are looking for a teacher who is able to keep children engaged with mathematics lessons. You will be teaching classes of no more than 10 students and will always have at least one Teaching Assistant to provide you with support. This school provided lots of opportunities for students to try new things and would love for you to be involved in whole school life.
- Teaching KS3 & KS4 Maths to classes of 6-10 students
- Thinking outside the box to engage with hard to reach students
- Working closely with your TA to ensure that the needs of every student are met
- Getting involved in whole school activities
