Teaching Assistant required to provide classroom based support to children that attend a Pupil Referral Unit. This PRU is looking for a Teaching Assistant who has experience working within a similar setting. Ideally you will have excellent behaviour management and enjoy helping children to reengage with education. This PRU has an excellent track record and has enjoyed plenty of success.
The SLT think outside the box, and there is an abundance of resources to be utilised. As a Teaching Assistant you will be supporting small classes and working closely with the class teachers to ensure that every child is receiving the support that they require. Resilience and patience are key in this role as you will be working with children that have been excluded from mainstream education.

- Be a Level 3 Teaching Assistant
