Dynamic, fun and progressive Alternative Provision looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1-2-1 basis with students that require additional support. This role is ideal for a Learning Support Assistant who enjoys working with students that have faced barriers to education. A calm, empathetic approach is required as you will be working with students with a range of additional needs. Ideally you will have experience working with Autism, Asperger’s, ADHD, EBD or additional SEMH needs.
The school provides a nurturing environment for students that have struggled with mainstream education. There is a brilliant pastoral team in place to provide you with additional support, and the SLT take a real interest in the development of the students. A nice place to work with a great team atmosphere, this school is ideal for a Learning Support Assistant who is looking for a new challenge in the SEMH sector.
