LEARNING SUPORT ASSISTANT
As a Learning Support Assistant in this setting you will be working with children with complex needs that require specific support on a 1-2-1 basis from the dedicated team that you will be joining.  Some of the children are non-verbal so if you have any experience of “Sign A Long” that would be brilliant.
You will be:-

  • Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
  • Happy to work with children with complex needs
  • Have an understanding of the level of support the children in this setting with need
  • Patient, communicative and have a smile for every child
  • Used to working on a 1-2-1 or very small group basis
  • Available immediately and looking for a long-term role
