Job Details


Learning Support Assistant for SEMH School that provides education through a variety of both core subjects and an absolutely amazing alternative curriculum. They School is looking for someone that wants to both make a difference and who can offer some continuity.  Undecided whether the role will be to provide 1-2-1 support or work in partnership with another LSA in small groups.  Lovely school,  fabulous leadership, great outcomes for the children they support.
Ideally you will be:-

  • Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
  • Used to working with children in an SEMH setting
  • Happy to work with children to break down barriers to learning
  • Able to provide support on a 1-2-1 or small group basis
  • A good communicator who knows “how” to say the right things
  • Immediately available for this lovely long-term role
