Education Network is working in partnership with a Northumberland Primary school rated "Good" seeking a newly qualified teacher (NQT).
The role will involve leading a lower KS2 class across the curriculum. Raising attainment for lower ability and SEN as well as creating the environment for personal growth.
The ideal candidate will have-
• Strong subject knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Good behaviour management and conflict resolution.
• A passion for improving outcome's for lower ability and SEN.
• Good time management.
• The ability to create engaging lessons that can be delivered to a range of abilities.
Additional skills such as Team Teach or Autism awareness are advantageous but not essential.
What we can do for you
• AWR rates after 12 weeks.
• A personal approach with one to one support from your consultant.
• The choice between PAYE or umbrella.
• Access to CPD and personal development.
• All candidates will require an enhanced DBs registered with the government update service.
• Provide proof of right to work in the UK.
• Proof of qualifications.
