The Education Network is currently working in partnership with a school in Gateshead, who are seeking to appoint an inspiring individual to work as a School Inclusion Support Assistant within a dedicated area of the school where their most challenging students receive intervention and support whilst continuing their learning journey. This is a full-time, temporary ongoing role which, for the right candidate, will become permanent.

You should have effective interpersonal skills to be able to engage with some of the most challenging students and facilitate non-academic interventions and group work to identify other areas of need to ensure all barriers to learning are broken down.
