The Education Network is working in partnership with a Gateshead school seeking a newly qualified teacher. The role will be initally offered through the agency with a permentant role being offered when the "best fit" candidate has been found. 

The role will involve teaching a lower KS2 class in a "good" school. Candidates will be expected to create lesson plans that can be adapted to work with lower ability and SEN learners.

The ideal candidate will have 

  • Experience teaching in KS2. 
  • A passion for improving attainment in lower ability. 
  • The ability to fit into an established team.
  • Enhanced Dbs.

Desireable skills

  • A clean driving license.
  • Relavent CPD - Team teach, Autism awareness or other 
  • Experience with phonics.
