The Education Network is currently seeking an SEND Teaching Assistant for an SEN School in the Warrington area. The school supports pupils with a range of SEN needs and can be some of the most vulnerable in society. The ideal candidate will have experience of:
-Working within a specialist school environment
-The ability to provide social, emotional and individual support on a regular basis
-Supporting behaviour improvement
-Able to use own initiative and respond to problems in accordance with relevant practices and procedures
-Contribute to the assessment of pupils and be able to review progress against targets at regular intervals to identify progress
