Post lockdown SEND Teaching Assistants needed !!!
As we are all currently in lockdown there is no extra work for Teaching Assistants at present but this won't last for ever. The schools we are talking to have indicated that once things get back to normal there will be an increased need for Teaching Assistants on supply as their normal recruitment will have been disrupted. Even though we may not have anything today we need to know who you are so that we can help you once the schools open so send us your cv and we will get back to you.

Do you have ?
" Experience of working with students in a coaching or academic capacity who have Autism (ASD), ADHD, MLD, PMLD, SLD, Challenging Behaviours ( SEMH) or other SEND needs
" Calm but positive personality
" Skills to empower young people to make them believe they can achieve and improve educational outcomes
" Excellent listening skills
" Maths and English GCSE as a minimum, and preferably either a degree or a TA qualification although experience in the SEN field is equally relevant..
