At The Education Network our ethos is to give back which is why we prioritise education over profit.
We believe it is our corporate social responsibility to improve our local schools and make a positive difference in the communities in which our candidates and clients live and work.
It is particularly important in a climate where school funding is in a vulnerable state and teacher shortages are at an all time high.
Balancing budgets, supporting staff and providing the best opportunities possible for pupils is a difficult challenge and one which education organisations realise now more than ever.
This is why we strive to be more than just a recruitment agency. We’re a complete education network of support, so when you choose us, you can feel confident knowing that you’re also contributing to the wider education sector.
We’re advocates of fitness and a huge bulk of our community work revolves around encouraging kids to get active and healthy in schools and outdoors. Whether that’s by sponsoring school games, running fun days or collaborating with nutrition experts to bring healthy cooking workshops to the classroom, we do it all!
Along with promoting physical activity, we also encourage creativity, charity work and anti-bullying in schools through our initiative. We consistently fundraise for Children in Need by sending Pudsey out to visit schools and run bake sales for charities such as Macmillan.
Every year we run competitions to get children involved in World Book Day and we host activities with the Children’s University to bring fun free workshops to pupils, including puppetry classes to name but a few!
We have a genuine commitment to improve our local communities, you can take a look at our partnerships and latest news to discover just how we’re achieving this consistently nationwide.
