Working at sea as a Youth Worker is an amazing opportunity, it is more than just a job, you are responsible for helping to create a memorable holiday experience and what better way to do it on some of the world’s most exciting floating playgrounds.
As a Youth Worker you will be providing the highest standards of childcare and entertainment for younger passengers, whilst visiting different places, exploring new worlds and gaining experiences that stay with you for a lifetime.
You will be part of an energetic and diverse team of young professionals delivering programmes filled with fun-packed games and activities and the best bit is you never know what you’ll be called to do next. You could be running an arts and crafts session one minute, showing off your football skills the next, or even painting faces and hosting a lively game show. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and considerable safeguarding experience. Applicants must have a minimum of a Level 3 qualifications or above in Child care or QTS in a primary or secondary setting, along with a minimum of 1 years' experience working with children from nursery age to 17 years. And, of course you’ll need to have a bursting energetic personality and have a real passion and enthusiasm for working with young people and for having fun!
