LAC Tutors – N Lincolnshire & Hull
The Education Network is currently looking to appoint a LAC Tutors to work with mixed ability students across North East Lincolnshire, Hull and surrounding towns and villages.
There are currently multiple positions available for basic skills Tutors. These positions are commencing as soon as possible and will run until the end of the academic year initially.
As you will be working on a 1:1 basis with students, the role of a tutor will require you to work with students to build positive, professional relationships and help them overcome barriers to learning Each student's timetable is tailor made for them to accommodate to their needs and interests, however most students will be studying core subjects, therefore experience of teaching English, Maths or Science is desired.
The role of LAC tutors will involve building strong relationships with young people so you will need to have the appropriate skills needed to build effective working relationships with pupils.

In order to be considered for the positions you will need:
- Fully Qualified Teacher Status or significant tutoring experience
- An in depth subject knowledge across GCSE subjects
- Have the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
- Have excellent behaviour management
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils
