SEN Teaching Assistants
Part Time/Full Time Positions Available
The Education Network are seeking SEN teaching assistants to work with a specialist Academy school located in the Gainsborough area.
The Academy and leadership team offer excellent education for pupils aged 2 to 11 years and are committed to providing a positive working environment for staff.
To be successful in this role, you must have a high level of expertise in supporting children with autism, including Asperger’s Syndrome, dyslexia and general learning difficulties.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will have a passion for working with pupils and assisting them on their journey. The successful candidate will have a varied role, which involves supporting the teacher in all aspects to ensure that pupils receive the most effective support. You will be able to demonstrate a practical, hands on approach to supporting teaching and be prepared to go above and beyond.
SEN Teaching Assistant:

To be considered a real asset to the school, you must demonstrate:
• Experience and knowledge within SEN,
• Ability to provide 1:1 and small group support work
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Both a friendly and professional manor
