English Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our successful team and contribute to the academic achievements of our students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 levels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive English lessons that cater to the needs and abilities of students.
• Utilise your expertise in the English curriculum to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for literature and language.
• Support students in their exam preparation, providing guidance and feedback to ensure success.
• Collaborate with colleagues within our successful English department to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A passion for English literature and language education, with strong subject knowledge.
• Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to participate in future training opportunities.
