We are working exclusively with a School who are looking for an Assistant Principal to join their dynamic SLT as part of their ongoing development.  As an Assistant Principal you will have a direct line of contact with the Principal and will work in collaboration with them on many of the Schools core policies and decision making process in relation to education.   This is an Outstanding School and as an Assistant Principal you will be expected to maintain their impeccable standards across whole of school.

Ideally you will be:-

-          QTS Core Subject Teacher

-          Able to demonstrate leadership Credentials

-          Used to managing and leading a team to success

-          Happy to lead a team of high achievers

-          Have a track record of being able to demonstrate “Outstanding” teaching

-          Energetic, professional, confident and competent in your ability to lead

There are a number of key areas for focus for this key role at School level which includes-

Leadership – Large teaching and support team

You will be able to lead from the front in a fact paced and progressive education setting

Be able to influence and motivate leadership, teaching and support staff to pursue excellence in all areas of School life

Comprehensively support the staff and the children you will be supporting to continue to achieve the Outstanding standard set by the recently promoted Principal

Strategic Management – Leading from the front on key strategic decisions for whole of School

Used to making key decisions to include budget, hiring, safeguarding, performance management, developing systems and structure

CPD & Professional Development – Working closely with the Principal of key staffing development

Supporting the whole onboarding process to include induction, training, CPD and reviews

Records & Financial Management – Making the budget work for the School

Working closely with SLT and Finance team to ensure funding for key pupil projects

SEND Support & Development

Enjoy some focus on making provision for SEND pupils in conjunction with the SENCo
