*** 1:1 and small group SEN support

This role offers a unique opportunity for a Psychology graduate to gain valuable experience working with children with complex needs in a supportive educational environment. As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group SEN support, helping to enhance the learning and development of children with diverse needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with individual students, providing tailored support to meet their specific needs and facilitate their educational progress.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of interventions to support the academic, social, and emotional well-being of students.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to create inclusive learning environments and promote positive outcomes for all students.
• Support students in developing essential skills, promoting independence, and building confidence.

 
Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology or related field.
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a nurturing approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school environment.
