Job Role:

• Supporting on a 1-2-1 basis within small classes of KS1 or KS2 children with additional needs
• Having a good understanding of a range of additional needs
• Working as a Classroom Assistant / Teaching Assistant
• Taking part in whole school activities and making school fun, engaging and beneficial for pupils
• Breaking down barriers to communication and managing behaviours
