The Education Network are keen to recruit Psychology graduates who are looking to gain further experience in schools, either primary or secondary settings?
In the role of teaching assistant or cover supervisor, you will be assisting the class teacher with different assignments, and aiding pupils on a one to one basis or in small groups. As a Cover Supervisor, your role will be to take full classes in the absence of the class teacher. The work will be set for you, however, you will be in charge of behaviour management.
Our schools are likely to request daily cover and this is a great chance to work in different settings, and will allow you the chance to increase your confidence in front of a class.
