We are requiring High Level Teaching Assistants for positions in Secondary, Primary and Special Education Needs across Hull and East Yorkshire. You will need to hold either level 3 or level 4 qualifications as a Teaching Assistant and have experience of working within any of the 3 sectors.
The positions are for long term work and could lead to possible permanent positions within schools. Experience of dealing with different class ages, abilities would be advantageous as would the ability to be flexible and open to new ideas and learning new skills. Experience of Team Teach would be advantageous but not essential. These positions are to start SPRING / SUMMER 2019
You will need to be experienced in working with groups of sometimes challenging children and be able to work as both an individual and as part of a team and be able to think on your feet in challenging situations. A good understanding of safeguarding within schools and an approach to safety which makes it a paramount concern is vital.
