Science Teacher required for Alternative Provision with excellent lab facilities and small classes. This school is a brilliant Alternative Provision that excels in many areas. They have great facilities, proactive leadership and have found creative ways to keep students engaged with education.
With shorter days and a half-day on a Friday, this school is a great opportunity for a Science Teacher who is looking to achieve a better work/life balance. The school primarily focuses on supporting student with EBD, ADHD and challenging behaviour, meaning good classroom management is essential. However with the smaller classes comes a reduction in the work load for planning and marking.
- Teaching Small classes of Key Stage 3 & 4 Students
- Motivating, inspiring and engaging with students.
- Planning activities for smaller classes ( no more than 7 students)
- Working with leadership to keep learning fun!
