Teaching Assistant – South Birmingham
Local Alternative Provision seek a Teaching Assistant who is experienced in working with challenging behaviour and Autism. This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is resilient, calm and empathetic. You will be supporting students that have faced barriers to learning and are no longer in mainstream education.
With small classed and experienced teachers, students are provided with an abundance of support and are always treated with respect. Staff work well as a team to ensure that all students are given the opportunity to succeed. This Alternative Provision supports children between 13 and 16.
