The Education Network are working with an outstanding school in Aston, who are looking for an English Teacher to join their English department after February half-term. The school is 'Ofsted Outstanding’ with an average class size of 25-28 in KS3 and smaller classes for KS4. The reason for the English Teacher position opening, in this outstanding school that maintains high staff retention rates, is due to overstaffing. This role has a light teaching timetable with a need to cover in other areas when required.
The school are looking for someone who:
- QTS English Teacher
- Hard worker who will go above and beyond what is asked
- Can influence and be involved in the current teacher support network
- Is a team player
The Education Network are looking for an English Teacher - QTS for this 'Outstanding School’ with an incredible support network. They are part of an academy with four other schools and they like to internally recruit first. If you are wanting a change to a full time teaching role and there is none available in this school, you will be the first to be put forwards in any of the other academy schools.
