Part time tutors required for various assignments in Bolton and Salford
We are seeking Alternative Provision tutors to deliver cover sessions, including English, Maths, Science, employability and personal & social development, and provide guidance and support to young people who are currently out of school and are potentially waiting for another school place.
This can be as short as 2 weeks or can be part of their education plan longer term.
We are currently working with a number of Virtual Schools, SENCO's and LAC contacts in schools to support various students who aren't accessing a formal education. The tutoring can be conducted in school, a local library or in the home either during school ours or at the end of the day. We have many referrals every week, with each student having a different requirement, so if this sounds of interest do contact us.
What we need from you
A teaching qualification or evidence of specific tutoring experience
An understanding of SEBD/SEMH/Additional needs that can have an impact upon learning
You would be well suited to this type of role if you have experience in PRU's, SEN school, have worked as a Youth Worker, or in Mental Health
