We are currently supporting one of our schools in the Bolton area, who are looking to secure the services of an outstanding Mathematics teacher until the end of the academic year.
This post is likely to run until August 2019, and is paying on the Main Pay Scale (M1 - M6).
If you're an enthusiastic, outstanding Maths teacher - and you can make Quadratics come to life, explain Pythagoras' theorem like there's no tomorrow and get excited about mental arithmetic, this is the job for you.
Located within a short drive of the M61, M62, and M65, and with excellent public transport links (bus and train from across Wigan, Bolton, Preston and Manchester) our school is accessible to teaching professionals from across the Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire areas.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Relevant degree achieved at a good/excellent standard
- Be an inspirational teacher of KS3/4 Mathematics
- UK Qualified Teacher Status
- Achieved by a PGCE in Secondary Education or other recognised route (GTP, SCITT, B.Ed, etc)
- A passion to make a difference
- Patience to overcome barriers to learning
We pay to scale from day one of your assignment and, where required, pay UPS rates, should the school request.
