Tutor roles available now! Based in Manchester, Salford, and Trafford

We are currently recruiting for tutors to work in and out of the school environment , supporting with intervention , various curriculum areas as well as some pastoral support

Your role will involve:
" Travel to students' homes, libraries, or schools to conduct tutoring sessions.
" Schedule tutoring appointments with students or their parents/carers
" Offer support pastorally as a number of these students are vulnerable
" Prepare and facilitate tutoring workshops, collaborative projects, or academic support sessions for small groups of students.
" Monitor student performance or assist students in academic environments, such as classrooms, study centres or libraries.
" Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students.
" Prepare lesson plans or learning modules for tutoring sessions according to students' needs and goals.
" Maintain records of students' assessment results, progress, feedback, or school performance, ensuring confidentiality of all records.
" Identify, develop, or implement intervention strategies, tutoring plans, or individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
" Develop teaching or training materials, such as hand outs, study materials, or quizzes.
" Communicate students' progress to students, parents or teachers in written progress reports, in person, by phone, or by email.
" Assess students' progress throughout tutoring sessions.

You will need:
GCSE Maths and English
A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential
Experience working with children of all ages, some with additional needs - SEBD, SEMH, ASC, ADHD etc
Current DBS - on the update service (we can process one for you if you require one)
2 years worth of references
