Are you an experienced 1:1 Learning Support Assistant with experience of Physical & Learning Difficulties?

The Education Network are working on behalf of a Partner Primary School based in Billericay. The primary school are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Key Stage 2 Pupil. The pupil has both Physical and Learning Difficulties, where you will be tasked with supporting the pupil in class as well as around the school safely. As a Learning Support Assistant you will be expected to keep track of pupil progress and work closely with the class teacher. The position starts on Monday 12th November up until the Christmas break. Opportunities for the right individual to stay at the school on a permanent basis.

The school is a "Good School" where the pupils are determined to do well. There is a happy and vibrant learning environment in the school and the pupils are safe and well cared for. There is excellent behaviour at the school with a mutual respect between pupils, teachers and parents. The staff survey unanimously stated the environment was good and they enjoy working there.
