ICT Teacher - Newcastle (Part Time 0.6)
The Education Network is currently working in partnership with a school in Newcastle in search of a teacher of ICT. The role is initially temporary from September until October half term, however there is an opportunity for the successful candidate to be extended or appointed on school contract.
In order to be successful in your application you must be confident and experienced in teaching ICT at KS3-4, and experience at KS5 would be advantageous. Good behaviour management skills are expected, however the school is exceptionally supportive of its staff members and follows an effective behaviour management protocol.
Requirements for this role:
- QTS or other UK recognised Teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching ICT at KS3-4.
- A degree in a relevant subject.
- Experience in the classroom
- Have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
