The Education Network are currently working with an 'Outstanding' rated school in the South Shields area of the North East of England. We are looking to find a fantastic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who can go in and hit the ground running supporting from just after the Easter term all the way up until the summer holidays.
The role would mainly consist of whole calsss support where you would be expected to identify developmental needs of pupils within the class and support accordingly. There will often be times also when you would be expected to take small groups and work in a 1:1 basis to provide intervention support amongst other things.

-You must be qualified at least level 3 in g and Learning in Education' or equivalent
-You must have or be willing to undertake a full DBS background check
-You must have the right attitude to go in and make a worthy contribution to the standards or education and the ethos of the school as a whole
-A friendly outgoing personality is essential
This would be a great opportunity for someone to gain experience in a wonderfully inclusive and warm school environment with the potential for the role to become permanent depending on several factors including performance.
