History Teacher - Northumberland
The Education Network is currently working in partnership with a school in Northumberland who are looking for a History Teacher to complete a long term placement commencing February 2019.
The school is known for being one of the most reputable and successful in the LEA with excellent transport links the school is very accessible for members of staff travelling from across the region.
This vacancy is due to a maternity leave within the department, the post is initially going to run on a temporary basis from February - July. However for the right candidate this role could be permanent come the summer.. The role would involve teaching all three sciences, in addition to your specialism up to KS5.
Successful candidates will:
" Be experienced teaching History KS3-5
" Hold QTS or other UK recognised Teaching qualification.
" Posses excellent behaviour management skills
" Be passionate and enthusiastic about your subject
" Have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students.
