Our Newcastle Branch is looking to recruit an experienced administrator to support Directors, Managers, Recruitment Consultants and Sales Support with growing the candidate database in order to help meet client expectations and requirements.
The main aspect of the role will be to successfully increase the candidate database with suitably qualified and /or experienced staff (Qualified Teachers, Instructors, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, Nursery Nurses and Ancillary Staff) whilst adhering to Compliance and Vetting guidelines set by APSCo Compliance+ as well as The Education Network Policies and Procedures.
The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of candidate vetting in line with regulations and legislation. They will maintain excellent customer service at all times both face to face and over the telephone using natural persuasive skills and will work with accuracy and attention to detail with consistent adherence to procedure and quality.
You will be responsible for regular liaison with Education Recruitment Consultants and the Compliance Manager to find out their current needs and will work hard to meet them. Time management and the ability to prioritise is of utmost importance and the capability to consider options and make decisions in line with given guidance. You must be able to cope well in a high pressured environment, working to deadlines. Please note you will also be required to assist Managers and Directors with any other additional duties related to your role.
