Recruitment Compliance Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Education Network, Warrington, a market leading education recruitment agency. We are a small, yet thriving team based in central Warrington, who supply Teaching and support staff into schools and nurseries. We currently have an opening for an experienced Compliance Officer to support our extremely busy Primary/Early Years Consultant.
This is a very busy role and initially your responsibilities will be focussed on candidate generation, resourcing, recruitment and retention. This involves advertising new roles, pre screening applicants by phone, booking in new candidates for interview with our Primary/Early Years Consultant, meeting and greeting at reception, obtaining all relevant ID's and qualifications. Performing DBS checks online and working to the highest levels of compliance.
You will have excellent administrative skills - this role involves a high level of data input and as such you will have a great eye for detail. A high level of email communication and speaking with clients and candidates over the phone is also required. You will be down to earth yet professional in your approach and be able to multi talk and prioritise your workload.
You will be a quick learner, able to work off your own initiative and self manage. Every day is different and we are seeking a candidate who can work at a fast pace and jump from one task to another at the drop of a hat!
In return we can offer you a fun and vibrant place to work, with a very relaxed atmosphere. We are a long standing and supportive team who work to very high standard and love what we do.
We would ideally be seeking an ex recruitment consultant (industry isn't important) seeking a role without the pressure of sale/targets, but still loves the buzz/compliance side of recruitment. Equally an experienced Compliance Officer/Resourcer/strong HR administrator looking for a new challenge.
This role is permanent subject to a probation period and for the right candidate, may lead into eventually managing your own candidates and clients in the future. Bonus structures are in place to reward our hard working staff and are performance based.
Working for The Education Network you will receive:
*25 days holiday per annum and highly reduced hours during all school holidays
* Flexible working hours from 7am-5pm (7-4/7.30-4.30/8-5) offering you a realistic work/life balance.
* Luxurious offices with on site Costa
* Annual all expenses paid day at Haydock Races
In the first instance please email your cv with a covering letter stating why you feel you would be suitable to Eileen.firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01925 247820 for an informal chat.
