The Education Network recognises that it is often very difficult for Supply Teachers to upgrade and enhance their skills and we are proud to announce, that we have formed a partnership with Edge Hill University to enable our registered QTS Supply Teachers to undertake ongoing Professional Development.
Through the partnership arrangement we are able to offer you 3 modules towards your MA. There is no obligation on you to undertake all the modules you would need to obtain an MA. In fact you may just wish to take advantage of this opportunity by engaging with a single module as a way of updating your knowledge in a specific area or you could undertake all 3 modules for which for which you will be awarded a Masters Level Certificate. The modules can be undertaken on-line in conjunction with your work placement, so there is no attendance at university required and assessment is by portfolio of evidence which allows you to gain credit for the work you have done or are currently doing.
